Job summary

MAVERIQ Capital Group LLC is seeking a Senior Associate to support data operations, reporting, and transaction infrastructure for client service excellence. The role spans investment operations, fintech, and process improvement across multiple platforms.

You will maintain accurate data, assist with client billing and investment transactions, and develop scalable procedures as the firm grows, working with internal teams and external providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in finance, accounting, business, information systems, or data analytics.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in investment operations, wealth management, asset management, family office services, fintech or data-intensive environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with complex formulas, data analysis, reconciliations, and large data sets.
• Experience with Addepar, Fidelity, document management systems, CRM platforms, or similar fintech systems.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize data flow across Fidelity, Addepar, document management systems, CRM platforms, and other systems.
• Develop understanding of how platforms, API feeds, data sources, and workflows connect across the firm.
• Troubleshoot data, system, and reporting issues with internal stakeholders and external providers.
• Perform data quality reviews, reconciliations, and exception monitoring for accuracy across systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, reporting, and workflow efficiency, including AI-enabled tools.
