Ensure negotiated terms are accurately reflected in final agreements and drive timely review, approval, and execution. Manage change-control processes affecting scope, staffing, equipment, facility requirements, volumes, productivity, or schedules, including assessment of commercial impacts and approval requirements. Review applicable contracts, statements of work, amendments, pricing exhibits, and rate sheets to validate invoice rates and charges. Coordinate with business units, suppliers, Accounting, and other stakeholders to resolve commercial pricing discrepancies and confirm that agreed corrections are implemented.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Business Support Own sourcing, pricing, contracting, and commercial projects from initiation through implementation and closeout by managing objectives, schedules, deliverables, approvals, risks, stakeholder responsibilities, and escalation paths.
