Toyota’s Service Parts Operations Toyota Production System Promotions Department is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Analyst of TPS Promotions to join our team. This role is vital in leading the Service Parts Operations (SPO) Field organization to learn and apply Toyota Production System principles to achieve operational excellence in safety, quality, cost, and customer service. You will support Supply Chain network field locations—including Parts Distribution Centers (PDC’s), Parts Centers (PC’s), and 3rd Party Logistics partners (3PLs)—by developing, standardizing, and governing operational processes and kaizen activities that drive productivity improvements and labor cost Key Performance Indicator enhancements aligned with SPO Field Annual Plan objectives. Reporting directly to the TPS Promotions Department Manager, you will be responsible for executing the department’s Annual Plan strategy, facilitating network-wide improvement activities, and collaborating cross-functionally to promote continuous improvement and self-reliance across the SPO network.
