Job summary

BambooHR is seeking a senior software engineer to lead complex features that span multiple workstreams and help shape technical direction. You will specify intent, delegate execution to AI agents, and verify and integrate their output.

You will influence product decisions, co-create specifications with product, design and support, and mentor engineers on agentic craft to raise how the team specifies, delegates, and verifies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience shipping customer-facing software.
• Depth in context engineering and designing agent workflows for parallel execution.
• Strong threat-modeling and security vulnerability identification skills.
