Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with production-grade delivery.
• Proven track record using AI coding agents to deliver features across multiple workstreams.
• Experience designing systems, data models, and architecture that scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex features spanning multiple workstreams.
• Define agent specifications with clear constraints, acceptance criteria, and tradeoffs.
• Apply agentic judgment to delegate to agents while preserving human oversight.
