Works under direction to assist with management of moderately complex administrative and/or business functions of department, division, or unit. SASS provides support services for all students attending UTSW. SASS collaborates with the Medical School, School of Health Professions, The Graduate School, and the School of Public Health. Our services include academic coaching, learning assessments, peer tutoring sessions, exam proctoring, and exam preparation for National Board Exams. Last year SASS had 687 appointments, offered 119 tutoring sessions, and provided exam proctoring to 123 students. Job Duties and Responsibilities Collects, maintains, and reports confidential data related to programs. Coordinates exams for students with students with disability accommodations. Maintenance of records, set-up and in-room monitoring of exams to maintain security. Coordinates supervisors' schedules: Makes calendar appointments, & travel arrangements Coordinates scheduling & use of facilities Greets visitors to the office; receives and directs incoming calls. Completes projects and reports as assigned by supervisor.
