Works under direction to assist with management of moderately complex administrative and/or business functions of department, division, or unit. The Sr Administrative Assistant II in Pediatric Nephrology provides calendar management support, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, maintaining appointments, monitoring schedule conflicts, and ensuring calendars accurately reflect changes and commitments. Demonstrates knowledge of QGenda or similar physician scheduling paging systems; assists with maintaining provider schedules, assignments, coverage, and related updates. Maintains a high level of attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Demonstrates proficiency in accounting and financial administration, including maintaining financial records, reconciling data, processing documentation, and supporting budget tracking as needed.
