This individual will play a key role in supporting staff, teams, and executive leadership by enhancing workflow, improving efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. If you’re a proactive professional with experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Consulting (A/E/C) industry, advanced administrative skills, and a collaborative mindset—this is the role for you.Key Responsibilities- Manage schedules, travel, meeting logistics, and daily operations for departments and project teams.
- Analyze and report departmental data; contribute insights for decision-making and strategy.
- Support vendor relationships, budget tracking, and administrative purchasing processes.
- Mentor junior administrative staff and support company processes and best practices.
- Assist with project database maintenance, proposal preparation, and drawing production.
- Proofread and finalize correspondence and documents, ensuring compliance with LDG standards.
- Coordinate food ordering, meeting setup, and internal event logistics.
- Assist with employee licensing, client contact databases, and project documentation.
Education and Experience- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience with increasing responsibility.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in the A/E/C (Architecture/Engineering/Construction) industry.
- Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, forms).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project and Copilot.
- Basic understanding of legal and accounting processes.
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (or willingness to obtain).
- Pennsylvania Notary (or willingness to obtain).
- Office-based work environment
