Prepare monthly journal entries as assigned
Prepare monthly variance analysis for month‑end close meetings, both P&L and balance‑sheet analysis
Prepare monthly reconciliations of general ledger accounts
Ensure 100% controllership integrity
Ensure finance policies and guidelines are met satisfactorily during review/audit periods
Assist in driving finance/controllership change initiatives through process improvements to gain efficiencies as needed
Support Accounting Managers with ad hoc reporting and special projects as required
Qualifications
