Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly journal entries as assigned
• Prepare monthly variance analysis for month‑end close meetings, both P&L and balance‑sheet analysis
• Prepare monthly reconciliations of general ledger accounts
• Ensure 100% controllership integrity
• Ensure finance policies and guidelines are met satisfactorily during review/audit periods
• Assist in driving finance/controllership change initiatives through process improvements to gain efficiencies as needed
• Support Accounting Managers with ad hoc reporting and special projects as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA preferred
• Minimum 5‑10 years of relevant experience
• Highly organized individual who can work independently and with cross‑functional groups
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills required
• Strong verbal and written skills along with good interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills, primarily Excel including pivots, vlookups and similar functions
• Able to manage high volumes of transactions timely and accurately
• Public accounting/auditing experience a plus
• Oracle Financials experience a plus
