Randstad USA is seeking a driven, CPA or CPA candidate for a premier Senior Accountant position with a well-established investment firm located in Summerlin, Las Vegas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, core accounting functions, and process improvements, and should have a strong public accounting background. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA credential or active pursuit are required.

Qualifications

• Strong background in public accounting (audit) preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation or actively pursuing the CPA exam required.
• Ability to work fully in-office at the Summerlin headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end preparation and review of financial statements for a portfolio of entities.
• Post journal entries, perform complex account reconciliations, and ensure general ledger accuracy.
• Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and project weekly/monthly cash positions.
• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining internal controls and accounting procedures.
• Manage corporate contracts and maintain organized financial records.
• Prepare specialized financial reports and analyses to support management's decision-making.
