Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Senior Accountant (CPA path) in our Summerlin area corporate office to manage financial statements for a dynamic multi-entity portfolio. This high-visibility role offers mentorship, clear advancement, and corporate stability.

The successful candidate will handle full-cycle accounting for complex entities, monitor cash positions, and build rolling forecasts to support capital calls and tax obligations. A CPA track and strong data analysis skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA (active, eligible, or in progress) strongly preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience in multi-entity structures, including intercompany billings, transfers, and allocations.
• Proven ability to compile organized, accurate financial data packages for external CPAs and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle accounting, journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and financial statement prep for complex entities (LLCs, trusts, partnerships, foundations).
• Monitor performance, valuation updates, capital calls, and distributions across diverse portfolios (private equity, VC, hedge funds, real estate).
• Track daily cash positions and build rolling forecasts to support capital calls, tax obligations, and high-value expenditures.
• Manage intercompany billings, funds transfers, expense allocations, and balance sheet reconciliations across multi-entity structures.
• Aggregate and analyze financial data packages to streamline tax prep, compliance reporting, and external CPA support.
• Develop annual operating budgets, long-term cash flow models, and ad-hoc financial reporting for executive decision-making.
• Establish and enforce robust internal controls and formal accounting procedures.

• Manage multi-entity financial structures by executing intercompany billings, funds transfers, expense allocations, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Aggregate, structure, and analyze complex financial data packages to streamline tax preparation, compliance reporting, and external CPA support.
• Develop annual operating budgets, long-term cash flow models, and specialized ad-hoc financial reporting to inform executive decision-making.
• Establish and enforce robust internal controls, formal accounting procedures, corporate contract management, and organized audit trails.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA (active, eligible, or in progress) strongly preferred.
• 4+ years of progressive Accounting experience, navigating complex, multi-entity structures, including intercompany billings, transfers, and allocations.
• Proven ability to compile organized, accurate financial data packages for external CPAs and leadership.
• Flexible, "wear-many-hats" mindset with strong skills in ad-hoc analysis and translating complex financial metrics into strategic guidance.

Pay range and compensation package

• Starting salary $90,000 - $115,000+, plus a bonus.
