Job description

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Initiate and grow the Portable Gas Detection business in the South US (Alabama, Florida, Georgia).
  2. Coordinate and deliver technical presentations of the HGAS Portables Portfolio, supporting regional channel partners and end-users.
  3. Contribute to product and pricing development strategies.
  4. Collaborate with Marketing on promotions and programs.
  5. Engage with technology partners to deliver value-based propositions.
  6. Gather and communicate customer feedback to marketing and sales leadership.
  7. Establish expertise with key customers and partners.
  8. Develop sales strategies based on market intelligence.
  9. Leverage company resources to close major deals.
  10. Manage territory using Salesforce CRM, including sales calls, account management, and opportunity tracking.
  11. Forecast revenue accurately and meet sales targets.
  12. Provide weekly regional performance reports to sales leadership.
  13. Travel within Illinois, Wisconsin, and Minnesota, with a minimum of 40% travel.
