Job Overview

Honeywell is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the SPS; HGAS business, focusing on Portable Gas Detection in the South US (Alabama, Florida, Georgia). This role involves initiating and growing the business, conducting technical presentations, and working closely with marketing and technology partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and expand the Portable Gas Detection business in designated states.
2. Deliver wireless and technical presentations to partners and customers.
3. Collaborate on product and pricing strategies.
4. Support marketing initiatives and customer feedback collection.
5. Establish expertise with key customers and partners.
6. Manage sales activities via Salesforce CRM.
7. Forecast revenue and report on regional performance.
8. Travel primarily within Illinois, Wisconsin, and Minnesota (minimum 40%).

Minimum Requirements

• BA/BS degree or related technical discipline.
• At least 3 years of field sales experience selling through channel partners to the industrial sector.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with industrial sales or gas detection monitors.
• Knowledge of wireless protocols (Wi-Fi, MESH, BLE).
