An excellent career opportunity is currently available for a Regional Sales Manager in the SPS; HGAS business. The salary range for this position is $94,400 - $142,000. The actual offer depends on experience, education, location, and other relevant factors.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Initiate and grow the Portable Gas Detection business in the “South” US (Alabama, Florida, Georgia).
  2. Conduct wireless & technical presentations of the HGAS Portable Portfolio, supporting regional partners and customers.
  3. Contribute to product and pricing strategy development.
  4. Collaborate with Marketing on promotions and programs.
  5. Partner with technology providers to deliver value propositions.
  6. Gather and relay customer feedback to marketing and sales teams.
  7. Establish expertise with key customers and partners.
  8. Develop sales strategies based on market intelligence.
  9. Engage company resources to close major deals.
  10. Manage territory via Salesforce CRM: calls, accounts, opportunities, proposals, ROI, pricing.
  11. Forecast and meet revenue targets.
  12. Provide weekly regional performance reports.
  13. Travel primarily within Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota (minimum 40%).
Must Have:
  • BA/BS degree or related technical field.
  • 3+ years of field sales experience, selling through channel partners and to the industrial sector.
Valued Skills:
  • Experience with industrial sales or gas detection monitors.
  • Knowledge of wireless protocols (Wi-Fi, MESH, BLE) is a plus.
  • Proven success in business growth and profitability.
  • Experience in technical solutions sales.
  • Hunter sales approach.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
