About the Role

As an Account Executive, you will sell our comprehensive portfolio, including Managed Security Services and Managed Detection & Response, to major clients. You will be responsible for acquiring new enterprise accounts and expanding revenue, requiring proactive hunting and strategic sales skills.

You will need to solve practical problems, adapt to changing variables, and work autonomously or collaboratively as needed. Reporting to a V.P. of Sales, you will have high visibility and support from various teams, including Sales Engineering and Product Management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage enterprise accounts in your region or vertical.
  2. Generate leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into clients.
  3. Collaborate with Channel partners and promote Trustwave solutions.
  4. Manage pipeline and provide weekly forecasts.
  5. Negotiate contracts, upsell, and build rapport with clients.
  6. Track sales activities using Salesforce and Excel.
About You

We seek candidates with:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience selling to enterprise organizations; cybersecurity sales experience preferred.
  • Extensive experience engaging with CXO-level personnel.
  • Proven ability to manage a sales territory and develop business strategies.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar quotas is a plus.
  • Experience selling to the Federal Financial sector is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel 25-50% annually.
  • Preferred location: Virginia.
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
