Senior Account Director, Cell & Gene Therapy
Catalent is seeking a Senior Account Director, Cell & Gene Therapy to drive new business acquisitions across our Cell & Gene Therapy manufacturing network. This field-based, hunter-focused role is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities with biopharmaceutical companies. The Account Director will serve as a trusted partner, evaluating customer development and manufacturing needs, positioning Catalent's Cell & Gene Therapy solutions, and leading opportunities from initial engagement through contract execution. Success in this role requires a proactive business development mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate complex outsourcing decisions within the biotech and pharmaceutical industry.
Field-Based (Preference for Mid-Atlantic/Southeast)
Monday – Friday, First Shift
The anticipated salary range for this position in North Carolina is $119,000 – $172,000 plus eligibility for a sales incentive plan. The final salary offered to a successful candidate may vary, and will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, skillset, education, business needs, etc. Catalent is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
