Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in life sciences required.
• Minimum 5 years of life sciences commercial experience with CDMO/CRO or biomanufacturing focus.
• Proven ability to develop and close opportunities with biopharma clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and secure new business opportunities with pharmaceutical/biotech companies.
• Lead early-stage opportunity qualification and engage internal teams.
• Present Catalent's Cell & Gene Therapy capabilities to clients via meetings and site visits.
• Drive opportunities through the sales process to contract execution.
