Job summary

LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games seeks a Squash Services Lead to plan, organize and manage the administrative functions of Squash for the LA28 Games. You will coordinate athlete services, federation liaison, and volunteer recruitment to ensure smooth delivery.

Based onsite in Downtown LA, you will lead a team of staff and volunteers, work with the Sport Manager and IF Relations, and drive procedures that support competition delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years equivalent professional experience.
• Experience collaborating with National and International Federations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with numerous stakeholders.
• Experience in international sporting events.
• Experience with International Federations is an advantage.
• Experience managing staff and volunteers at major events.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
• Excellent level of English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate visits from the International Federation with the IF Services Team and Head of Competition Management.
• Coordinate accommodation, transportation, accreditation, and hospitality for IF services.
• Act as the dedicated sports contact for athletes, technical officials, and federations.
• Recruit, train, and manage sport-specific volunteers and staff for competition.
• Collaborate with the Sport Manager and operations leads for staffing and documentation.
• Lead on-site operations and resolve Games Time issues with the International Federation team.
• Maintain databases and share resources across divisions to support sport delivery.
