Susquehanna International Group, LLP is seeking a Support Analyst to join our technology and business operations teams. You will be the first line of defense supporting internally developed systems used by Trading and Operations, diagnosing issues via SQL queries and scripts, and driving timely resolutions.

The role emphasizes ownership, clear communication, and constant learning, with a focus on automation-driven improvements and collaboration across engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in an application/technical support role.
• 2+ years of experience with SQL development.
• Must be available to work 10am–7pm.
• Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for issues from Trading and Operations environments, delivering timely and effective troubleshooting.
• Leverage monitoring tools to proactively identify production issues, communicate their impact, and track resolution through to completion.
• Manage an incoming email and ticketing queue, triaging issues by priority and escalating when appropriate.
• Build strong relationships with end users, setting clear expectations and providing transparent communication throughout the lifecycle of every issue.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems through automation and technology-driven solutions.
