Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in operations, systems administration, or application support.
• Solid understanding of Linux and Windows environments and multitiered systems.
• Scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, and/or Bash to automate tasks.
• Familiarity with Kafka, MariaDB, MongoDB, InfluxDB, and ELK for production troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals.
• Experience in financial services or trading environment is a plus.
• BS in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering, or a similar technical major preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Windows and Linux server processes and internal application services.
• Monitor and support a highly distributed production system.
• Work with application teams to understand needs and generate practical solutions.
