HP is seeking a SQA Test Engineer in the United States to contribute to comprehensive test plans and design engineering solutions using intermediate subject matter knowledge. You will validate solutions, test strategies, products, and methodologies, and create testing tooling, fixtures, scripts, automation, and apparatuses.

Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to deliver high-quality results. Responsibilities include participating in requirements reviews, designing portions of engineering

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of relevant work experience in debug/validation or advanced degree with limited experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviews requirements, data, and test plan development.
• Designs portions of engineering solutions to test systems and devices.
• Collaborates to validate engineering solutions, test strategy, and product design.
• Builds testing tooling, fixtures, scripts, automation, and apparatuses.
• Develops and implements test plans, schedules, and subsystem requirements.
• Monitors yield data and drives continuous test enhancements for quality.
• Applies expertise and follows policy to resolve issues.
• Works with senior engineers on root-cause remediation of hardware issues.
• Collaborates with internal and outsourced testing partners.
• Documents conclusions and recommendations from data analysis.
