Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Typically 2–4 years of work experience in debug and validation or related field.

Responsibilities

• Participates in reviews of requirements and test plan development.
• Designs portions of engineering solutions to test systems and devices.
• Collaborates with engineers to validate test strategy and product design.
• Builds testing tooling, automation, and fixtures.
• Develops and implements test plans and schedules for subsystems.
• Monitors yield data and drives continuous test improvements.
• Applies expertise and follows company policies to resolve issues.
• Works with senior engineers on root cause remediation and high-quality test solutions.
• Collaborates with internal and outsourced testing partners.
• Develops conclusions, recommendations, and written reports with data analysis.
