You will design and execute test plans and scripts, and work to prevent and detect issues for end-user applications and firmware. The role emphasizes functional, integration, regression, and performance testing, with automation and API/CI/CD focus.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in software quality assurance, test harnesses and QA tools.
• Experience with test planning, testing, automation and QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Executes established test plans and protocols for end-user applications, systems software, and firmware on hardware, local, networked, or Internet platforms.
• Performs functional and solution testing of video/collaboration software.
• Develops test scripts, automation, and integration activities.
• Conducts functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
• Automates testing processes using appropriate tools and frameworks.
• Monitors adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Monitors software performance and conducts load/stress testing.
• Prepares QA documentation, test plans, matrices, and reports.
• Collaborates with internal and outsourced partners on software design and development.
