Job Description

Our Direct Client is seeking an experienced, full-time, on-site QA Automation Engineer with expertise in automation testing and a strong background in software quality assurance.

Responsibilities:

• Execute exploratory testing activities in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure high-quality software and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Perform complex diagnosis, test planning, documentation, and execution of manual and automated test cases.
• Create, design, and maintain automation test scripts, reports, and dashboards.
• Recommend improvements to QA and automation processes based on analysis.
• Maintain test documentation, policies, and application configurations.
• Collaborate with team members and management to develop and execute test plans, cases, and procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 8+ years of professional QA automation testing experience.
• 8+ years of experience across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• 8+ years of experience developing and executing test plans and cases.
• 6+ years of experience working in Linux environments.
• 4+ years of programming experience in Java or similar languages.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience coding automated tests using tools like Selenium, Cucumber, Watir, HP ALM, Katalon, Coded UI, or Ruby.
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies.
