Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in electronics or related field.
• Hands-on experience with electronics, electromechanical systems, robotics, automation.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and basic system troubleshooting.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude for assemblies, sensors, motors, and automation equipment.
• Ability to follow technical procedures, maintenance instructions, system diagrams, checklists, and safety requirements.
• Experience using basic hand tools and measurement/diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily readiness checks, preventive maintenance, initial troubleshooting, recovery, and escalation for SQA lab systems.
• Develop accurate maintenance procedures, service records, calibration schedules, equipment documentation, and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with SQA engineers, development and automation teams, Facilities, IT, EH&S, suppliers, and service providers to resolve equipment issues.
• Build reliable lab operations by maintaining tools, spare parts, cables, fixtures, consumables, inventory, and supporting infrastructure.
• Support system installation, relocation, configuration, teaching, alignment, calibration, test-lot execution, diagnostic routines, and post-maintenance verification.
• Ensure safe, organized, and reliable laboratory operations by following security, lockout/tagout, ESD, and equipment-handling procedures.
