Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 10+ years of quality engineering, software testing, or systems validation.
• Experience with system-level, integration, and end-to-end testing of complex software/hardware systems.
• Strong command of Windows and Linux OS and system-level troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in an object-oriented language such as C# or C++ and test automation development.
• Experience building and executing automated tests and CI/CD integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead system-level test strategy, plans, and validation for complex hardware/software solutions.
• Develop and maintain manual and automated test scripts to validate end-to-end workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, Systems, Hardware, and Quality teams to set quality objectives and release criteria.
• Build and enhance test automation and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across software, hardware, networking, and integrated components.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in system validation and automation.
