• Lead system-level test strategies, plans, and validation for complex hardware/software.
• Develop and run manual and automated tests for functionality, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with PM, Dev, Systems Eng, and Hardware Eng to set quality objectives.
• Build test automation and integrate into CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot across software, hardware, networking, and system components.
• Mentor engineers and promote best QA practices.
