Job summary

RTX is seeking a Program Director for the SPY-6 Design Agent program in the US, reporting to Naval Radars Executive Director. The role leads engineering services across software, systems, and hardware, ensuring successful delivery of SPY-6 family radar solutions.

You will manage a large, cross-functional team of 450+ across Raytheon sites and government facilities, driving risk reduction, lifecycle support, and IOC milestones through 2027.

Qualifications

• Security clearance required: Secret - Current
• US citizenship or eligibility for clearance
• Onsite work in Marlborough or Tewksbury, MA

Responsibilities

• Lead Radar design integrity and systems integration efforts.
• Oversee engineering development and sustainment activities, software and hardware.
• Manage obsolescence and combat-system/shipboard integration.
• Coordinate land-based, at-sea, and test events; lead PMO and three Variant Program Managers.
• Engage Navy customers; prepare reviews and briefings; report program performance.
• Manage cost, schedule, technical, and quality objectives; monitor budgets and AOP.
• Identify and mitigate program risks; influence senior leaders and partners.
• Travel domestically up to 10–25%.
