Job summary

Raytheon, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks an experienced Operations & Supply Chain (OSC) leader to manage the SPY‑6 ADE team and drive complex naval radar program execution.

You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, PMO and Engineering to accelerate production, optimize material planning, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining security and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in operations, supply chain or related fields.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams or managing key suppliers in fast-paced production.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead SPY‑6 ADE OSC team and drive production acceleration strategies.
• Develop manufacturing, sourcing, capital and capacity strategies to meet goals.
• Oversee production execution: cost, schedule, quality, supplier performance, material availability.
• Drive AOP and OTD performance.
• Communicate strategies and risks to leadership and customers.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality to resolve challenges.
• Travel domestically up to 25% per RTX policy.
