Job summary

RTX seeks an experienced Operations & Supply Chain leader to oversee the SPY‑6 ADE program, driving production acceleration and material planning. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality to ensure on-time delivery while managing a nine‑person POM/MPM team and coordinating with suppliers.

You will develop strategies for manufacturing, sourcing, and capacity, oversee cost and delivery performance, and communicate risks and opportunities to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s with years of experience in operations or supply chain.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams or suppliers in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Kinaxis, or PRISM/CMES.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required for clearance eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead production acceleration and procurement strategies for SPY‑6 TRIMMs and Arrays.
• Manage an OSC team of Program Operations Managers (POMs) and Material Program Managers (MPMs).
• Develop manufacturing, sourcing, capital, and capacity strategies to meet production goals.
• Oversee production execution, cost, schedule, quality, and supplier performance.
• Travel up to 25% domestically as needed.
