Lockheed Martin Corporation in New Jersey is seeking a SPY-1 Sustainment Lead to coordinate obsolescence, sustainment, and supply chain efforts for the SPY-1 radar program across US MDCS markets.

This role transforms complex technical challenges by leading cross-functional teams, managing cost and schedule with a Control Account Manager approach, and interfacing with customers to deliver viable long-term sustainment options through 2060s and beyond.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of SPY-1 radar systems.
• Familiarity with logistics and sustainment across a product life cycle.
• Experience interfacing with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in resolving obsolescence issues within SPY-1.
• Lead sustainment teams in support of new equipment through the design and development phases, integrating into a baseline as program of record.
• Provide Control Account Manager support to manage the cost, schedule and technical aspects of sustainment projects.
• Interface with internal and external customers providing status and technical impacts supporting sustainment.
