Job summary

Noble House Hotels and Resorts' Spur Restaurant in Teton Village seeks a hands-on Spur Restaurant Manager to lead a fine dining team at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. You’ll welcome guests, train staff on high-end service, and collaborate with the Executive Chef on daily specials and wine pairings.

Beyond guest relations, you’ll supervise admin tasks like ordering, cost controls and payroll, coach your team, and maintain our standards of indulgent hospitality in a dynamic, upscale

The Job

As one of our 3 Spur Restaurant Managers, you are the face and the host of the dining room; the one who warmly welcomes and recognizes guests. This is a hands-on position where you are actively working side by side with your team on the floor, constantly engaged in high-end service training and improving the fine details. Equally, you are a mentor and coach to your team. You are well informed on wines, partner with the Executive Chef on daily specials and let your creative juices flow with wine-pairings, specialty cocktails and exclusive buy-outs. You oversee administrative tasks (ordering, cost controls, payroll etc) and leadership functions (training, coaching and counseling).
