The Job

As a Hotel Manager, you will oversee all operational departments including Front Office, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Spa Facilities, Engineering, and Property Management, ensuring an exceptional guest experience at the AAA Four Diamond level for Hotel Terra. Collaborate with the Director of Revenue Management and Accounting Leadership to manage financial responsibilities such as yield management, cost controls, forecasts, month-end reviews, analysis, and labor standards to ensure profitability. Work with corporate team members on large capital projects, monitor spending, and report to the HOA board of directors and individual owners as needed.

Requirements

You own this if you have...

• At least 2 years' experience leading Rooms Operations in a Boutique Hotel; experience working with an HOA is a plus.
• Strong leadership and motivational abilities to inspire and develop our team.
• A passion for creating an unforgettable guest experience.
