Job summary

Optomi, in partnership with a leading technology and entertainment organization, is seeking a Scrum Lead/Tech PM to guide agile processes across multiple teams. The role blends scrum leadership (60-70%) with technical project management (30-40%) to drive delivery and alignment with product roadmaps.

You will lead daily standups and sprint ceremonies, support product managers and owners in backlog prioritization, and build dashboards to visualize key metrics for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience facilitating Scrum processes.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies.
• Experience delivering SaaS applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Agile processes across supported teams.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of Agile capabilities.
• Lead agile events with product teams including daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning.
• Support the Product Manager in prioritizing product roadmap initiatives.
• Support the Product Owner with grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
• Drive consistent metric tracking and dashboard visualization for internal teams and stakeholders.
• Articulate team risks and key accomplishments regularly.
• Engage with stakeholders, partners, and customers to review Agile practices adoption.
• Provide hands-on support and facilitate understanding of Agile practices across cross-functional teams.
• Participate in Product Delivery for assigned applications; provide application support.
