Job summary

Pavion is seeking a Sprinkler Service Operations Manager to lead the Sprinkler Service Department and drive growth while ensuring safe, efficient operations in accordance with NFPA standards and company procedures.

The candidate will manage technicians, coordinate schedules, and maintain strong customer relationships, focusing on profitability and compliance within the fire protection domain.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the fire sprinkler or fire protection industry.
• Active MA sprinkler journeyman's or contractor license.
• Experience supervising service teams and field leadership.
• Strong knowledge of commercial sprinkler systems.
• Familiar with NFPA standards and codes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Sprinkler Service Department.
• Lead, coach, and develop sprinkler service technicians.
• Coordinate technician schedules, emergency service calls, planned maintenance, repairs, and small projects.
• Monitor department workload and adjust staffing and scheduling to meet commitments.
• Ensure service work complies with NFPA standards, manufacturer requirements, and local codes.
