Job summary

Pavion Corp in Massachusetts seeks a Sprinkler Service Operations Manager to lead the Sprinkler Service Department, oversee daily operations, coach technicians, and ensure safety, compliance, and profitability. You will manage scheduling, service quality, and customer relationships across multiple sites.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong sprinkler knowledge, field leadership, and the ability to balance operational excellence with department growth and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Active MA sprinkler license required or contractor license.
• Experience supervising sprinkler service teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA 13/20/25 and local codes.
• Ability to read sprinkler drawings, reports and system documentation.
• Experience with scheduling, estimating, job costing, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the Sprinkler Service Department.
• Lead, coach, and develop sprinkler service technicians and field personnel.
• Coordinate technician schedules, emergency service calls, planned maintenance, repairs, and small projects.
• Assign technicians based on licensing, experience, and location; monitor workload and staffing.
• Ensure safety, scheduling compliance, and customer satisfaction; drive department growth.
