Job summary

VSC Fire & Security in Charlotte, North Carolina is seeking candidates for the position of Sprinkler Sales. The role focuses on contracting sprinkler system sales with an emphasis on design, estimation, and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in contract sprinkler sales or design.
• Strong prospecting, sales, and contract negotiation history.
• Knowledge of installation/maintenance of fire protection systems, especially sprinklers.
• Familiar with applicable NFPA standards, state/local codes.
• Good record-keeping for sales and estimating proposals.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• NICET Level I certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Estimate fire sprinkler system costs including installation, parts/materials, design time, labor hours and service.
• Maintain risk management and safety procedures on job sites.
