Job summary

FPW Media is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support paid, organic, and social media initiatives across multiple client accounts. The role requires planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns with a balance of strategy and hands-on execution.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in digital advertising, agency experience, and strong analytics skills. This fully on-site Springfield, Oregon position offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years of digital advertising experience including paid media, SEO, and social media management.
• Minimum 1 year of agency experience.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and performance/analytical reporting tools.
• Exceptional knowledge of digital advertising platforms and tools (Google Analytics, Moz, SEM Rush, Facebook Business Manager).
• Experience in and passion for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Wordpress, Shopify, WooCommerce, Microsoft Suite, and/or GSuite applications.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, MailChimp, ActiveCampaign).

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, launch, and optimization of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social, SEO, and email.
• Monitor campaign performance, interpret data, and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
• Provide client-ready reporting and identify opportunities to improve ROI and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders on new campaign initiatives.
