Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Spring, Texas. The role involves evaluating patients, creating individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapy in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to achieve functional recovery and patient independence. Requirements include a valid physical therapy license and current BLS certification; Doctorate in physical therapy is

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy (preferred).
• New grads welcome to apply; other certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
• Implement treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
