Job summary
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Spring, Texas. You will evaluate and treat patients, manage care in settings such as hospitals and clinics, and collaborate with a clinical team to deliver evidence-based therapy.

Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
- New grads welcome to apply (preferred).
- Doctorate degree in physical therapy is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility and reduce pain.
- Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings.
- Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to coordinate care.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and prevention.
