Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Conroe, TX. You will evaluate patients, develop rehab plans, and deliver evidence-based PT services in a hospital, clinic, or rehab setting.

Required: PT license and BLS; preferred Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Travel role with competitive pay, benefits, and clinician support from Fusion’s team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and determine treatment needs.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Document evaluations, interventions and outcomes in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and safety.
