You’ll evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with mobility impairments in hospital, clinic, or rehab settings while delivering evidence-based care and maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose patients to identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation plans to meet patient goals.
• Provide PT treatment using evidence-based techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate and maintain PT equipment and modalities safely.
• Document evaluations, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians for coordinated care.
