Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Dallas, TX. You will evaluate patients, develop personalized rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.

This travel role offers 40 hours per week, days shifts, and comprehensive benefits. Licensed PTs with BLS and a commitment to high-quality patient care are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Doctorate degree in physical therapy is preferred.
• Physiotherapy experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using tests and history to identify functional limitations.
• Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessments and goals.
• Implement PT treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Operate PT equipment safely and calibrate devices as needed.
• Document evaluations, interventions and outcomes in medical records.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals for optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety.
