Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified teacher or administrator with current Colorado Department of Education certificate
• Employed as teacher, counselor, or administrator at least 50% of the school day in a private school
• Registered as a volunteer with Canon City Schools

Responsibilities

• Develop good rapport with team members, students, staff, administrators, community, spectators, officials, and parents
• Work cooperatively with the athletic director, administration, staff, team and parents
• Demonstrate leadership, professionalism, and a positive public demeanor in all activities
• Maintain discipline and high expectations consistent with school codes and sportsmanship
• Pursue continuous professional growth through meetings, clinics and training opportunities
