Join EveryMind's Program Performance & Impact team for a hands‑on internship experience supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization. Interns will work side by side with experienced staff to analyze program outcomes, manage survey and participation data, and build tools that help leadership and funders understand our impact. Interns will work with program leadership, frontline staff, and funders, developing valuable skills in data analysis, data visualization, survey design, outcomes measurement, and nonprofit reporting. This is an opportunity to gain real‑world experience in nonprofit data and evaluation work while making a meaningful impact by strengthening the programs that support individual, family, and community stability and wellbeing.
Schedule: Hybrid, Flexible, part-time (16–24 hours/week during business hours, M–F)
Location: EveryMind Office in Rockville, MD, with occasional travel to program sites across the DMV as needed
