About the Role

EveryMind is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our Accounting Department. What You Will Do

• Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Helping reconcile general ledger accounts and accounting records and researching discrepancies.
• Supporting the preparation of financial reports, spreadsheets, and accounting schedules.
• Assisting with month‑end and year‑end accounting activities.
• Organizing and maintaining electronic and physical financial records.
• Helping track payments, deposits, and other financial transactions.
• Supporting audits and other accounting projects as needed.
• Learning and following nonprofit accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Maintaining confidentiality and exercising professionalism when handling financial information.
