Job summary

EveryMind internship program in Rockville, MD, offers a hands-on data analytics experience within the Program Performance & Impact team. The hybrid, part-time internship runs during the Spring semester, typically January through May/June, with 16–24 hours per week.

You will analyze program outcomes, manage survey data, and build tools to help leadership and funders understand impact. You will gain hands-on experience in data analytics, visualization, outcomes measurement, and nonprofit

Qualifications

Must be a current undergraduate or graduate student in a related field.
Interest in nonprofit program evaluation and impact measurement.
Strong analytical and written communication skills; translate data into findings.
Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Comfortable with survey platforms and program data systems.
Experience with data analysis or research preferred; leadership desirable.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Outcome Measurement – Analyze and interpret data to measure program outcomes and impact.
Metrics Implementation & Monitoring – Support organization-wide metrics and outcomes.
Data & Reporting Management – Organize survey results and funder reports.
Visualization & Dashboard Development – Create visuals to communicate findings.
Program Improvement Collaboration – Use data to improve services and outreach.
Research & Best Practices – Research best practices in data collection and outcome measurement.
