Job summary

EveryMind invites undergraduates or graduate students in Data Analytics, Public Health, Statistics, or related fields to join our Program Performance & Impact team as an internship. You will analyze program outcomes, manage survey data, and build tools to support leadership and funders.

The hybrid role runs 16–24 hours per week during business hours, with travel to DMV sites as needed. Gain hands-on nonprofit data experience and mentorship while contributing to community wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Must be a current undergraduate or graduate student studying Data Analytics, Public Health, Statistics, Social Work, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills; comfortable translating data into clear findings for varied audiences.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Outcome Measurement – Analyze and interpret data to measure program outcomes and impact, including data related to housing, food access, and economic stability.
• Metrics Implementation & Monitoring – Support the implementation and monitoring of organization-wide metrics and outcomes.
• Data & Reporting Management – Organize and manage survey results, participation records, and funder reports.
• Visualization & Dashboard Development – Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings clearly and compellingly.
• Program Improvement Collaboration – Collaborate with the team to use data for improving services and outreach.
• Research & Best Practices – Research data collection and survey design best practices to improve outcome measurement.
