Job summary

Owens Corning invites student engineers to join as a Manufacturing Engineering Spring Co-op for approximately 16 weeks at a U.S. plant. You will be mentored by seasoned professionals and work on value-added projects spanning safety, process improvement, productivity, and maintenance.

This hands-on internship aims to develop leadership and technical skills for a future role. Upon completion, there may be opportunities for further internships or entry-level employment in Owens Corning’s Operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant major and/or field.
• Previous relevant internships/co-ops in a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated leadership in professional, service, or social organizations.
• Willingness and flexibility to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Participate as Manufacturing Engineering Spring Co-op for ~16 weeks at a OC plant.
• Engage in safety leadership, process and product improvement projects.
• Develop skills in analytics-based decision making and leadership.
