Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Interest in talent acquisition, employee learning, instructional design, or OD.
• Available to work full-time for the duration of the summer internship.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities: job postings, application review, candidate communications, interview coordination, and pre-employment processes.
• Assist internship, early-career, and apprenticeship recruiting initiatives.
• Research colleges and professional orgs to identify talent sources.
• Contribute to projects improving talent pipelines and candidate experience.
